Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Operate farm machinery, tractors, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all agricultural safety protocols and supervisor instructions diligently.
- Pack and prepare produce for shipment or local markets.
- Perform general farm maintenance and cleanup duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required; comprehensive training is provided on-site.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders or open to sponsorship).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy items and standing.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
