Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual labor to harvest crops according to quality and quantity standards.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors and harvesters.
- Packaging: Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce for shipment.
- Field Maintenance: Assist in general farm maintenance, including irrigation setup and soil preparation.
- Logistics: Load and unload trucks and pallets efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and farm protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2A temporary agricultural worker visa sponsorship.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Work Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and team coordination.
