Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and loaders
- Perform manual labor tasks, including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in crop maintenance, irrigation management, and general farm upkeep
- Pack, grade, and load produce for distribution and transport
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Monitor equipment for needed repairs and report maintenance issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or proof of eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or agricultural labor is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate farm equipment (comprehensive training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of farm safety procedures and regulations
