Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops with precision and care.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all H2A regulations, company safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Assist in crop inspection, sorting, and packing processes.
- Work collaboratively with farm crews to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (US Citizens or eligible foreign nationals).
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor for long shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and humidity.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural tools and machinery is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
