- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize farming operations
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to operate heavy farm machinery (training provided)
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
