Responsibilities
- Perform essential agricultural duties including planting, watering, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential issues or pests requiring attention.
- Load and unload produce, ensuring proper handling and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work in various weather conditions and physical environments throughout the harvest season.
- Collaborate effectively with the farm crew and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid US Passport or eligibility to obtain H2A visa sponsorship.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
