Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal agricultural schedules.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field cleanliness, irrigation systems, and farm infrastructure.
- Load and unload harvested produce for transport and distribution.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Perform manual labor in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the US or possess a valid H2A visa.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy items.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
