Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance routines
- Collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced field conditions
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship process
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural work experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work 8-10 hour days in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work weekends during peak harvest season
- Pass pre-employment physical examination and drug screening
- Documentation proving legal work authorization in the US
