Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort fruits/vegetables according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under supervisor guidance
- Maintain crop fields through irrigation and weed control
- Package and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace safety guidelines
- Participate in team-based farm maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
