Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of crops (vegetables, fruits) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through planting, pruning, and pest monitoring
- Assist with post-harvest sorting, packing, and loading activities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and farm sanitation procedures
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance and field preparation
- Document daily work activities and yield reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred (farm equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Commitment to seasonal work schedule (3-6 months)
