Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and monitoring
- Assist with packing and sorting of harvested produce
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet harvest deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign citizenship required)
- Minimum 3 months of prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate temporarily
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass pre-employment physical examination
- No prior agricultural work restrictions
