Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping and distribution.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and delivery vehicles using proper equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, quality control checks, and stock organization.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety labels.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required for this position.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided on-site.
- Must be eligible for or able to obtain an EB3 Unskilled Visa sponsorship.
