Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and production duties including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to strict quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform physical labor which may include lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Physical stamina required to perform manual labor tasks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or have a valid visa that allows for employment (we assist with EB3 petitions).
