Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts and cranes (Equipment Provided).
- Execute daily logistics tasks, including loading, unloading, and inventory management.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and facility protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on assigned machinery.
- Manage cargo handling with precision and efficiency to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational needs and challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, H2B, Green Card, etc.).
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery or industrial equipment in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
