Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and assembly lines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Load, unload, and package materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance checks.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic English language proficiency (reading and writing) is necessary for safety and operational instructions.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the visa sponsorship process.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US or possess a valid passport/visa to apply.
