Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor standard manufacturing equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform basic assembly tasks, sorting, and packaging of finished goods according to company specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain an EB3 Unskilled visa classification.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Language: Basic proficiency in reading and writing English is necessary to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift. Good manual dexterity is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
