Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks efficiently and accurately according to blueprints and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Operate machinery and hand tools correctly and safely.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are met before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of equipment and floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and team goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production needs and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including manufacturing floors and warehouses.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
