- Design agile methodologies for rapid adaptation to future uncertainties
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
