You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate future possibilities into actionable blueprints, ensuring we capitalize on paradigm shifts before they happen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy through comprehensive trend analysis and market disruption mapping
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological and societal shifts affecting our industry
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly business objectives
- Drive cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Build and manage an internal futurist network to embed foresight across departments
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership and acquisition opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, quantum computing) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or futures studies (e.g., CFP, APF)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, SWOT 2.0)
