- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development, operations, and talent acquisition
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor an interdisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and behavioral economists
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Innovation (15+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Published author in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Experience leading $50M+ strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
