Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market disruptions and technological inflection points
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify emergent opportunities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Develop predictive models using proprietary foresight platforms to forecast industry shifts
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product innovation portfolios
- Present strategic briefings to boards and investors on future-proofing initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Experience with foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter Pro)
