Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify 2026 opportunities
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test strategic resilience
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into executable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio showcasing future-thinking projects with measurable outcomes
