Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks and scenario models for long-term organizational adaptation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders using immersive storytelling and visualization techniques
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on strategic priorities and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists while cultivating a culture of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or related innovation frameworks
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and collaborative platforms (Miro, Notion)
