Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Maintain a dynamic trend intelligence dashboard for leadership decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing forward-looking research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating influence on organizational strategy
- Authorization to work in the United States
