Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry trajectories post-2025
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making and long-term corporate vision
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 market challenges
- Present foresight insights at executive briefings and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-driven analytics
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
