Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to map strategic implications for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' report for internal and external audiences

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs in tech or Fortune 500 environments
