- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and technological disruption
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs and foster cultures of experimental thinking
- Translate complex foresight data into executive-ready strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation governance frameworks and manage R&D portfolio allocation
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and drive organizational adoption of strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies
- Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
