Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy by analyzing emerging technologies, market disruptors, and socio-economic shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future business environments and identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
