Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based futures frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Design and implement organizational foresight methodologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex concepts
- Experience with exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
