Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ market dynamics and consumer behavior shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops using scenario planning and futures thinking methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor internal 'Future Foresight' teams and establish KPIs for innovation maturity
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2030 ecosystem readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend synthesis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP)
