As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. You'll leverage cutting-edge scenario modeling, AI-driven trend analysis, and human-centered design to prepare enterprises for tomorrow's disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive foresight reports with data-driven future-state predictions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging market needs
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future-vision insights to stakeholders and board members
- Curate and maintain the organization's emerging technology radar
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, or quantum computing trends
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience working with C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
