We're seeking a visionary who thrives at the intersection of technology anthropology, market prediction, and strategic planning. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to build actionable frameworks for navigating the next paradigm of human-machine collaboration, sustainable economies, and decentralized systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop quantitative/qualitative foresight models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps for exponential technology adoption (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and risk mitigation
- Publish thought leadership frameworks on decentralized economies and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D with exponential technology focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proven ability to translate complex future states into executable business strategies
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or scenario work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
