Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) to map 2026 industry transformations
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications and workforce evolution strategies
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with 2026 market projections
- Present foresight findings at Davos-level forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (Web3, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience designing strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 100 clients
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Security clearance for government-level classified foresight projects
