Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of external innovators, academic partners, and thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough concepts, measuring impact and iterating based on real-world feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Track record of leading successful innovation initiatives resulting in commercial or social impact
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to diverse executive audiences
