You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing future scenarios, emerging technology roadmaps, and innovation frameworks that position us as industry pioneers. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Design innovation pipelines and R&D priorities aligned with future market demands
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational futurist capabilities
- Produce thought leadership content and predictive market analyses
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 2020+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption forecasting
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level futurist briefings
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
