Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and market validation
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
