- Lead innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with quantifiable ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure implementation success
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic tech implementations
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic planning preferred
