- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI of future initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
