Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate, healthcare, and space exploration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $10M+ in funding
- Establish industry-wide standards through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Tech Incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-style funding
- Portfolio of patents or open-source projects with 10k+ GitHub stars
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
