- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market impact analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Oversee R&D investments and portfolio optimization for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
