Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (GDPR, EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Certifications: CTO-level (e.g., CIO, CTO Academy) or equivalent executive credentials
- Experience building diverse tech teams across 3+ continents
- Prior work with climate tech or ESG tech frameworks
