Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Administer cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, A+, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
