Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to 150+ employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions using Group Policy
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
- Document all IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Participate in rotational on-call schedule (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- NO DEGREE REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent accepted
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or call center)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification desired (will be provided during training)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments (office/server room)
