Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes affecting future innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
