- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biocompatible interfaces) to inform 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen healthcare, climate resilience, and immersive experiences
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies with 15+ annual filings target
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and tech ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Expertise in agile development for complex R&D projects with 50+ team members
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging tech applications
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
