Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into corporate vision
- Build and maintain ecosystem relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation processes from concept to pilot stage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies or launching disruptive products
- Expertise in technology forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
