Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support to 100+ employees via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Deploy and monitor cloud services (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Create and maintain disaster recovery documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure) highly valued
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
