- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across R&D, product, and engineering teams

- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies with market potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and product innovators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products (AI/quantum preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
