Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain network security standards
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions including AWS and Azure
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for IT processes
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
- Manage inventory and lifecycle of IT assets
- Collaborate with team on system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
