Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct comprehensive code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous delivery
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams and improving engineering practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and test-driven development
